BorrowBase cooperates with valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies. We require properly issued legal process (subpoena, court order, or search warrant as appropriate to the data requested) before disclosing user information, except in cases involving imminent risk of serious physical harm. Requests should be sent to support@borrow-base.com. We notify affected users of legal requests when permitted by law.
